Who we are.
Lola – Client & Business Support
So there’s me Lola, I’m client and business support and the first line of contact for the most clients pre-consultation. You will normally find yourself chatting to me on our social media.
I mostly provide real time responses to treatment/location questions, assist with running the clinic calendars and arrange onsite corporate health visits. My experience is in exec support, events and I currently have another role specialising in company culture.
Olivia – Junior / Protégé
Next we have Olivia, our new and only other aesthetics practitioner. She recently qualified via our certified private training program BBC Aesthetics Academy and is now under the mentorship of Nurse Natasha!
Olivia started building her own small business as skilled lash technician with over 3 years experience and works part time as an assist for neurodiverse children. She is also my niece, we are very much proud to be a family business.
Natasha – Advanced Nurse Practitioner & Founder
Then last but most important is Natasha. She’s an advanced nurse practitioner, prescriber and the brains and skill that founded BBC Aesthetics and BBC Aesthetics Academy. I am also very proud to say that she is my big sister.
Not only is she a specialist in her field with extensive experience in every aspect of aesthetics, IV nutrition and non surgical alternatives, she also works with the NHS as a Nurse Consultant and was awarded the prestigious title of Queens Nurse in early 2022!
Now we know it’s a little different to have a consultancy with just one main practitioner, but we do this for a reason.
After over 9 years working with Aesthetics and Non-surgical treatments it was clear that people often get passed around and referred to other people. We want our clients to know exactly who will be treating them every time!
How did BBC Aesthetics begin?
Way back in 2012 Natasha and I both decided we wanted our lips enhanced. The thing is when searching Natasha was shocked at the amount of options from company’s without actual medical training. Add to that the amount of botched jobs, clone (look like this famous person) package deals and horror stories found online, having an aesthetics treatment just seemed like a huge risk!
The more she thought about things the more she believing there should be better options out there for people, and so she decided to add to her list of medical skills and train in aesthetic enhancements. Of course I was her first model!
Not surprisingly after years of nursing it turned out Natasha was not only a pro at providing enhancements tailored to her clients personal needs but also ended up with lots of requests to fix other practitioners work!
Natasha initially ran the business alone but as her services became more and more in demand it was clear she needed some support. We are a close family and have the skills to support each other so working together just made sense.
